  If I could give it no stars I would. Second time at this location DIRTY dining room and bathrooms. And TERRIBLE service! Walked out after sitting there a considerable amount of time waiting to order. I'm sure the food would have matched the service. One thing is for sure there were plenty of wait staff standing around entertaining themselves! I'll never be back!

  I've never given a restaurant (or any business) 1 star, but this rating is after the *two* times we have been to this location. Both times, the food has taken over 45 minutes to get to the table. This time, our food was hardly warm. The host had a friend at the front of the restaurant that was literally staring at guests in the restaurant the entire time. The server was impressively slow filling drinks, giving us silverware, taking our tab, and returning it. At one point, another server took my water to fill it and never brought it back. Our family has been to multiple BWW locations in various states, and this location does the company a disservice. Every location we've been to has typically been wonderful.

  We waited over a hour for our food to come and when it did the orders were not right. The service was terrible and all the tables were dirty. It was not a good place.
